Cancellation and No-Show Policy
At Florence Animal Hospital, we value your time and are committed to providing the best possible care
for your pet. To ensure we can serve all patients in a timely manner, we have the following cancellation
and no-show guidelines:
Cancellation Policy
Please call us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
If you call after business hours, please leave a voicemail.
Early cancellation allows us to offer care to another patient in need.
No-Show Policy
A no-show is a missed appointment without prior cancellation. Cancellation or rescheduling must be done at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Clients who no-show must prepay the exam fee when rescheduling.
✔ If the prepaid appointment is kept, the fee is applied to your invoice.
✔ If the prepaid appointment is missed, the fee is non-refundable.
After three no-shows, we may terminate our veterinary-client-patient relationship.
